Processing time

Every batch of Adeni Chai Blend is blended in small batches. Orders ship within a few business days of being placed. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping

The Cardamom Club currently ships within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to The Cardamom Club because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has not arrived within a reasonable time, email contact@thecardamomclub.com within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Include your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. The Cardamom Club will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns

Because this is a food product, opened pouches cannot be returned. If you are not happy with your chai, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and The Cardamom Club will do its best to make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email contact@thecardamomclub.com as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled until they have shipped.
