Our Story
Growing up, “شاهي حليب” (milk tea) felt like a treat, almost like dessert. It was served on special occasions, and was always something I looked forward to. As I began making my own, I brought it everywhere, and friends were constantly asking for “my chai” and the recipe. That love eventually grew into The Cardamom Club: a thoughtfully prepared blend that makes it easier to recreate the warm, aromatic chai I grew up with at home.
The Blend
An aromatic blend of fine-cut loose black tea, freshly ground cardamom, and warm nutmeg.
Gifting our blend
Every pouch travels well and pairs beautifully with a note. Perfect for hosts, housewarmings, and anyone who takes their tea seriously.
Brewed for sharing
Only two tablespoons of our blend makes a full medium sized pot, serving 5-6 people. Enough for a proper high chai with friends, the way it's meant to be poured.

How to Brew
Ingredients
Boil water.
Add sugar and allow it to return to a rolling boil.
Add the chai blend and let it roll at a boil for 3–5 minutes.
Add evaporated milk and return to a rolling boil for 2–3 minutes.
Strain and serve hot.
